BEING IN-NETWORK MEANS THAT WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THOSE INSURANCE COMPANIES, PASSING SAVINGS ONTO YOU. HOWEVER, EVEN IF WE ARE NOT IN YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK, YOU CAN STILL CHOOSE US AS YOUR DENTIST. WE WILL CONTINUE TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE CLAIMS PAPERWORK FOR YOU, SAVING YOU TIME & FRUSTRATION.
YES!!! You have a choice regardless of whether or not we are "in-network" with your insurance company. If you choose to come to our office, you may have to pay slightly more for your healthcare needs with us because we are "out-of-network."

This is significantly more than the other insurance companies that we are associated with. It is also more than dentists who practice in Lincoln & Omaha have to write off
This means that the math doesn't add up. We are actually losing money on some of the procedures that we do when in-network with Ameritas.
We reached out twice to ask them to meet us half way.
Despite the rise in costs to everyone, due to inflation, they refused to negotiate with us at all.
Ameritas is a large insurance company running a business. We do not fault them, they are simply doing the best for their business. Unfortunately, that means they don’t need our small dental practice in order for their business to work, so they don’t have any skin in the game.
We are a small business & we believe that the human relationships created inside our office are the most important part of our days. The decisions we make become impossibly challenging. Please know that our goal is to continue to provide exceptional dental care to our amazing patients.
